Good Sunday morning girlies!

JuneBug- awesome! Keep that beta rising, although sounds like you are off to a terrific beginning of motherhood.

Siouxsie- thanks for the update of everyone. Quiet a few of us around. I always wonder why there are so many of us with infertility anymore? Science and ...

jgoch & adam & rosieposie - sorry for your bad news. I think most of us girls on here have gone through what you are feeling and can all sympathize. Hang in there and have faith, even though I can't seem to accept that myself either!

ionlywantone - LOL! on your growing girls! Mine are sore and ...

Hi! Some tips I've learned, that seemed to help for sure.

I was told don't ice the spot...it tenses the muscle which you don't want. Apply a warm compress a couple of minutes before hand or just massage the area with your hand to loosen the muscle.

Warm the oil in your hand (in the actual shot ...

momwant2b: Hi never posted before, but I've been reading all kinds of threads just wanted to let you know, I go to FIRM in Jax. Winslow is my doctor, but I've seen all three. Do you go there too?

Marie43: Menopur and Bravelle are easy to me compared to the progesterone. My mom gave me the M&B shots ...

Ava, excuse my ignorance but what is SG or CCRM? I'm in Florida and i too didn't have a clinic where I live, I had to drive out of town to see my RE. Also what is a shared risk? I have health insurance it just doesn't cover IVF. Thanks for sharing.

I too was diagnosed with HPV, a bad strain, about 5 years ago. I never even considered that to be an issue with IVF. I had a failed IVF cycle this past July. I did have a low positive, for my first two beta's, but after the third test it went down and back to negative. I too would be interested to ...

Tortilla Chip....this happended to me last month, except i was still taking the shots, about two weeks into the prog shots (in cotton seed oil). I had received news that i had a positive beta, but a very low one, so they kept me on the prog shots until further beta tests could be run, even though ...

I heard from the RE yesterday...my levels went from 19 to 9, so they expect me to miscarry within the next couple of days. I'm already crampy. While I'm having a hard time accepting the truth, I know its for the best. Having an emmy that is slow growing or even ectopic in my case wouldn't have had a ...

tortillachip- Best of luck with your transfer. Positive thoughts!

You are right, when you said some of your friends emmys didn't make it to day five, therefore you want to do day 3, but that's shortchanging yourself, according to my RE. As far as day 3 vs day 5, day 5 is now the first choice of RE ...

watermelon, I had the same thing. I had that feeling for almost a week after transfer for some reason. Not sure why it does it though? I think b/c you are still real swollen inside, you are just more privy to it. But I'm not sure.

As far as sleeping on your tummy, my ER told me to stay on my back ...

tortillachip. I did a 3 day transfer with 3 emmys (all excellent quality). None took, but you do have a chance that all three will. My doctor explained to me that if you decide to do a day three transfer (which I did, b/c i only had 7 fertlized eggs and I didn't want the chance of losing them by ...

rlzysk, best wishes to you....you are so lucky to be going for another round....after a success the first time. Unfortunatly, this is my one and only shot. I have four frozen emmys (or as the girls on this board calls them, snow babies) at the clinic, but they have to survive the thaw. After that we ...

But girl, YOU ARE SO LUCKY your first fresh cycle ended up with a little miracle. Many of us here are not so lucky :( . There is really no advice anyone i think can give ...
