Hi, i,ve had ivf 3 times...the doctors here dont let you do anything for the 2 weeks that your waiting!! Who,d believe how difficult it is too sit or lie for all this time,and ofcourse no stress allowed(virtually impossible when your waiting to do result!!) GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!
