I sent an email to the donor coordinator at my clinic and I will let you know what she says. There must be some waiver the recipient can sign to show informed consent. It would be a shame to have these babies stay frozen for eternity.

new laws

I don't know much about the process. My RE did mention to me that there have been new laws enacted that make it more difficult to donate embryos because they are now applying the same regulations to embryo donation as they have for organ/tissue donation. I thought that you had to be re-tested right ...
