Hello everyone.

Marina - my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Just take good care of yourself, remain postive and things will all go well with the little one that you are carrying.

doddo - I hope that you get better soon. It's so very cold here in NJ today so I try to not ...

My OB told me that if both babies are in the position of head down when I go into labor, he will allowme to the choice of going natural. If one is down and the other up it's a C-section.

Just to add...........my cousin had identical twins. Both were in the proper head down position so they went ...

I also had to lay down and relax for 30 minutes after the transfer.
After that my husband drove me to my acupunture appointment, then home to rest and relax for 2 days.
I did move about and get up for bathroom visits.
I am now pregnant with twins.

5 days seems very very excessive!!

doddo - great news on the NT!!!!! I am very happy for you.
I don't understand why your OB is making you wait 4 weeks for another u/s. Does he/she feel that this doesn't need to be monitored closely? Or did they say it's not something to be too concerned about?

tigersuz - welcome!!!! I had a hard ...

doddo - I had both the NT and CVS testing done on Dec 26th. The NT is very easy and the Doctor will tell you right away if the thickness at the back of the neck on the baby is within normal parameters. With the NT they usually do some blood tests that tell you in certain markers are present. Those ...

The State of NJ mandates it for employers with more than 50 employees. But, it only covers the first 4 IVF's in a lifetime.
We are very lucky that on our 4th try I am now expecting twins, 12 weeks 4 days.
My husband and I looked into the possiblity of then changing insurance plans if the 4th didn't ...

This is my 4th IVF, I did not do it for the first 3 and they did not work.

I am now 12weeks 4 days and I still go for the acupunture once a week. I am very very luckly though my insurance covers it.

I swear by it!!!

Marina - Most OB's advise the genetic testing to all women over the age of 35. And it's very advisable for the general health of the mother in addtion to finding out is something may be wrong with the child. We would not terminate any of the babies if we found a problem but there could be ...
