NY4, I'll be sure to tell him:)

Liam'sMommy, I did notice that. It concerned me. They just have stats for ongoing pregnancy but not for take home baby. I'm going to addres my concerns with Dr. Sher.

Mellie, how long ago was your consult? I will call them again to see.

thank you for the resonses. I am going to speak with Dr. Sher Friday and see how that goes. CCRM is still an option. Dr. Sher doesn't charge for a phone consult. CCRM charges $250. I wouldn't choose my clinic off of that, but I'm hoping to feel comfortable with Dr. Sher.

Comprehensive Chromosome Screening

Does anyone know much about this? They are doing it at CCRM, but I think still as trials. The success rate of IVF using this method was 80%. Can any of their patients do this? Does anyone know how expensive it is?

Thanks for the responses. CCRM and SIRM were the two I've been considering. I have a scheduled phone consultion with Dr. Sher already. Then I came along CCRM's website and saw their statistics on SART. SIRM worries me because they do not report to SART. I asked them why, and they said it's because ...

Just Trying to Pick a Clinic

I'm in a place that is not near any reputable fertility center. I will travel anywhere to do this. It's worth it to me to pick the best place in the country and stay in a hotel for 10 nights.

I just can't figure out how to make the decision. I looked at SART and am trying to figure out why anyone ...

Ct Michele, I'm glad you like the name!

Ok, I want to thank you all for the quick and thoughtful responses. It makes me really excited to go fourth with this. I am about to call a couple of fertility clinics to schedule an appointment for a consultation!

I'll probably be on here with lots of ...

New to IVF with so many questions

I'm new to this, and I have a few questions for you all. First here's my story:

Married three years and 4 months. We've been trying the whole time, and I've used ovulation tests to time it right most of the time.

We had two IUI's that obviously weren't successful. I've never been to a fertility ...
