I am trying IVF one more time. This will be our 4th fresh cycle (and we did one frozen). I am 36 (37 in Jan). Hopefully we will start the process mid December. I have a DS from our first IVF cycle (he just turned 4).

So I am wondering what I could do to improve my chance of success. Reading ...

POAS this morning. Still a BFN for me. I am 10d3dt. Trying not to lose hope

My beta is scheduled for 7/28. I am 8dp3dt. I POAS this morning and it was negative but I expected that. I will try again in a couple of days. Maybe Sunday will be my lucky day

I forgot how long the 2ww is.. and it has only been a week. I am doing good. Life went back to normal on Monday (I was on bedrest for 4 days) so now we just wait, wait and wait some more.

How early have some of you tested after a 3dt? I thinking about POAS Friday or Saturday. My transfer was 7/14.

My RE suggests 1 full day of bedrest (only get up to use restroom) and then 2 - 3 days of bedrest where I can shower and eat dinner with family.

I can tell from all of the posts that RE's suggest different things. I am already going crazy in bed. We will see how long I last...

Now bedrest for 4 days.

10 eggs retrieved and all 10 fertilized!!!!! YEEEAAAYYYY

I spoke with the DR today so I am hoping for a 5 day transfer. He is going to call me tomorrow with another report.

I had my ER today. They retrieved 10 eggs. I was hoping for me but I keep telling myself I only need 1.

I am in sooo much pain since the ER. Not sure why??? I don't remember hurting like this the first two times. Any suggestions.

Well I am on day 8 of my cycle. I started with 150 units of Follistim and am now on 25. My estrogen level is over 4000 and I have around 8 good size eggs on both sides. I am sooo excited to see all of these BFP's... and I hope mine is just around the corner.

I have been reading this board for about a month now.. I can finally join it.. I am on Day 2 of my cycle. I start Follistim and Ovidrel tonight. I have a DS (3 in Sept) from our first IVF cycle. Second cycle MC @ 8 weeks and 1 FET cycle BFN.

I have some follistim that expired on 05/2010. The pharmacist said that he felt it was okay to use now. What are your thoughts about using it now? Is it okay....

I guess it is a mute point now. I just heard from my doctor and they no longer have his frozen sperm. How long do clinics usually keep it?

So is there a difference in success rates fresh vs frozen sperm?

My first IVF cycle was Dec 2007. We are now thinking about trying again. I was wondering how long can sperm be frozen and still be "good". If my husband's sperm was frozen in 2007, would it be okay if we had to use it this summer?
