I had my first shot of lupron tonight. After a few hours, My face started tingling and kinda felt like it was on fire a little. Is this normal? I'm planning on contacting my RE in the morning but wanted to see if anyone had similar experiences with lupron? I was told to expect headaches, dizziness ...

Hey!

Sangria- Good luck this weekend or Monday! FX for you!!

Mayla- If it helps any there was a study done that pretty much stated PIO does not help much more than the Estrace and Crinone. In fact my RE has stopped doing the PIO unless it was drastically needed.

general anesthesia for ER

I'm starting my 1st cycle of IVF this week. I start lupron shots this friday. My RE does general anesthesia for the ER and puts you completely under. It kinda freaks me out. Anyone else have to go through this for the ER? How long were you under?

I start my first lupron injection on Friday... I hope yours are going well! Was the shot bad? I'm also not a fan of needles.
