Hi

It's a good while ago I had my ivf (my daughter is now 4) but I still check this site from time to time. I had 5 years unexplained infertility, we had ivf and I had 2 4-cell embies transferred. One didn't work but the other resulted in my beautiful baby daughter. There is hope.

Fingers crossed ...

Vicky

Good luck with trying for a second!

I had 5 years unexplained infertility, 1 ivf treatment, daughter born in 2003.

Then I didn't use contraception and got pregnant naturally with twins!! I was so surprised.

I wish you every success. I still have 2 frozen embies from my first ivf but I had ...

Hi

Not sure how many people that remember me are still around but thought I'd post anyway.

I had a baby girl in August 2003 following 5 yrs of unexplained infertility. My first ivf cycle worked.

To my great surprise, I found I was pregnant naturally 8 months after that. To my even greater ...

Hi

Just wanted to reply on the risks of twins.

I had ivf following 5 years unexplained infertility. 2 embyroys t/fd, one implanted and I had my baby girl in 2003.

I definitely didn't want twins so didn't go back for ivf. However, I fell pregnant naturally in 2004 when my girl was 8 months old. I ...

Happy but permanently worried

Hi Tracey

Snap! I'm finally pregnant too after 5 years. I'm only 6 weeks and have a scan at 8 weeks but I think like the others have said, the best thing you can do is try to relax. Positive thinking, visualise yourself with a baby, pushing a pram, etc. It sounds pathetic but it helped me ...

Tests

Suzanne

We too were diagnosed with unexplained infertility about 2 years ago via NHS. They did tests on me (scans/blood tests) and the usual for DH. Everything showed up OK, a few minor probs for me with one tube but nothing that should stop us achieving a pregnancy. However, after 5 years of ...
