I think you do have all the answers except the most important one"what is the outcome going to be" and sadly no one has the answer to that.We all wish we knew.I think your chances are still high. AMH of 2 is good.My nurse at CCRM told me anything above 1.5 is OK.Very few people are ...

Re: Low AMH, 1st attempt IVF. Feeling lost!!

Hi, I am 31 years old and have an AMH of 2 and FSH 18. We have a male factor also. We are just about to embark on our 1st cycle of IVF but have been told our chances of success are around 5% or less due to my poor ovarian reserve. Last antral follicle count was 6. We have also been advised that ...

Re: FSH levels

Did they not test your FSH prior to the first IVF? FSH can change from month to month, but they say you're only as good as your highest FSH. If they believe your high FSH is the cause of previous difficulties and failures, I wouldn't rush the next IVF. Do some research on how to lower your FSH ...

Re: Newbie looking for support...devastated first IVF Failed

I will second what Karen said and I took DHEA and my number of eggs doubled! I also did acupuncture, took COQ10 and my RE added Femara to my antagonist (ganirelix) protocol.

I also heard amazing things of CCRM, a girl I cycled with way back went there when she had all kinds of cycles canceled in ...

I started taking DHEA (200 mg) after day 3 which might have lowered ...

Re: Mini IVF anyone??? Clinics in IL

What's mini IVF? Is that just the short cycle IVF?

No,the cycle length is the same, only the medication is very less, only $600-1000.They want to get only a few follicles per cycle but do about 3 or more cycles to collect the required number of follicles.
Cost is also less but if you have to do ...

Mini IVF anyone??? Clinics in IL & NYC

Hello again!

I have been ...

Re: Best Fertility Clinics in US& how is Ovarian reserve tested

I just went through a cycle at CCRM and I wish I would have done all my cycles there. They are so helpful, honest, and wonderful. Yes, they are honest, and if you want things sugar coated CCRM is not the place for you. However, my results there have been amazing.
