Re: Frozen Transfer

TinaO - I had two top quality fresh embryos transferred last year - no luck. We had two grade B frosties left, only one survived the thaw. Of course, I was a wreck with that info. But... I was over the moon when I had found out it had worked! Although I miscarried at seven weeks, I will be doing ...

GHOST - success with frosties?

Hi Ghost, it's been a while and I have and I have an important question for you about a topic that you brought up about a year ago...

To my recollection, you had provided some research about clinics who were finding high success rates when saving the best quality embryos and using them during ...

Re: **October FET**

Hey Kynlee! Glad to hear you're trying again! I'm okay, made it through the holidays - phew! We're taking a break, probably until the spring. If we're going to be in this for the long haul, I think it's important for us to take breaks and do some fun stuff in between. We just booked a vacation for ...

Re: **October FET**

Yeah, it totally sucks. What is really eating at me is the fact that we were there that morning because I had been bleeding again, and they did a sono, and everything looked fine - there was even a heartbeat. Six hours later, I miscarried. Since it seems that it wasn't because of the embryo, I'm ...

Re: **October FET**

I miscarried last night, at 7 weeks. It was the first time that has ever happened, and it was god awful.

Looks like we all have Aunt Flo visiting at around the same time. :(

What a rollercoaster for us all...

Re: **October FET**

Thanks ladies. Waiting for AF sucks! Mine had come with a vengeance after my failed cycle. As if you want to deal with that of all things right now...

Do either of you have plans to jump back on the wagon yet, or are you going to give it some time?

Karen, you're right about the anxiety, I probably ...

Re: **October FET**

I'm so sorry ladies. This is so hard. I actually started bleeding yesterday (does the roller coaster ever end??) We ran to the doc, they did a sono, and said everything was fine, so I felt better... only to go through today and have it happen again. Luckily, I have an appt. tomorrow morning. It's ...

Karen, I'm so sorry... God, it just sucks...

Do they ever give you a reason or an idea why your numbers drop?

Re: tell me about FET

Hey Nancy, I can tell you about the FET we just went through -

The day after my period started, I started putting Estrogen patches on my back, switching them every other night. I believe they are used to stop your ovaries from making any eggs, but I'm not 100% certain of that... then, a short time ...

Re: **October FET**

Eyes - God, how frustrating - it sounds like everything seems right and no overt problems, and it just isn't happening... I can definitely relate to that feeling although I cannot imagine having enough strength to go through this so many times... you must be a very special person and your DH is so ...

Re: **October FET**

Thank you! I had more bloodwork done this morning and we're anxiously awaiting results. Trying to hold myself back from being too excited because it is so, so early... I have been a hot mess the past two nights, throwing up, dizzy, migraines, the whole nine yards. I spoke with the NP this morning ...

Re: **October FET**

Ladies - I received a positive Beta yesterday... I think I am still in shock!! Numbers were 62, E was over 500 and P was 8. Not sure what any of this means, but I'm hoping good things! Next blood test is tomorrow - fingers crossed! I cannot believe we got this far with only one frostie...
