Hi Ladies,
Anyone else doing progesterone in oil shots right now? My tush looks like a battle zone! We're icing up beforehand and the shots don't really hurt. It's more of the anxiety of doing it every night and the soreness after. Any other tricks for decreasing bruising in soreness? Thanks!
