The clinic I go to my wife gets an ultrasound on like day 2 or so of her period and they also measure her labs. Then they choose a day after treating with clomid to evaluate the eggs again prior to IUI. Is this the norm? Seems excessive. Why not just start on the meds and do the one ultrasound ...
