How long will the symptoms remain after embryo transfer?

Dear,

For the first two weeks after embryo transfer (The two-week wait), some are beginning to experience some early symptoms... l am asking here HOW LONG will these symptoms last for? And when it begins? (You know, it is different from
normal , natural conception).

Is it the IVF catheter used in embryo transfer?

Dear, please take a look... this stuff is about 1CM long and it's disameter is about 0.8MM . As you can see,
there is a white stuff inside the catheter, in the middle... l wonder if it is a broken part of a IVF catheter....
any suggestion what it is ?

Dear experts:

l am not quite understand the term "fresh" for embryo transfer. Frozen embryo is more easy to understand.Right? I just don't understand how an fresh embryo, without freezing, without storing in liquid culture , can survive in open air and then immediately transfer to the patient ...
