Could it be the meds, and just taking this long for some symptoms to show up? How have others felt right before their beta ...

This is my first cycle of ivf. We did one egg transfer. That was done Aug 15th. I've been cramping on and off since then. Is that normal? Could it be implantation or just from the meds that I have to take?
