Re: Want to be a surrogate, need help

Hi, being surrogate is a serious responsibility, you are offering your time, energy and body to help fulfill less fortunate people to complete their family and in return you get paid. However, as with anything, you need to do your research before jumping in and becoming a surrogate mother is a big ...

Re: In need of an advice

Hi, sorry to hear all this. Dear every good thing is just ahead, try to gain the positive outlook. We went through surrogacy, but here are the facts you’ll be facing if it is DE for you at last. Your husband will have to have his sperm tested, and then if that’s good well the rest of the work relies ...

IVF Success for 38+

Do not worry on this score. Like 1 I too have seen women over 35 in fact over 40 conceiving through IVF. So long as hormonal tests are great and your ovarian reserve is still good and strong your chances are pretty good. Good luck to you, everything will be just fine.

IVF Success for 38+

Great news and don’t worry. I have seen woman far older than you conceiving through IVF. You must have gone through numerous tests already but here is a suggestion. Look into PGS NGS. The chances of a woman conceiving increases manifold, especially if she is 35 and older. Best of luck to you.

Fees of an independent surrogate mother

There are no standard surrogacy charges but while arriving at a figure, don’t price yourself out of the market. Most prospective parents are not very wealthy. While arriving at a figure, focus on small items too. Things like household help if you require bed rest during pregnancy, an allowance for ...

Re: Failed IVF - What should I do?

I have been through a similar situation as yours and agree with 3 that surrogacy should be considered as a serious option by you. After failing with IVF we decided on surrogacy with donor egg. This was also because apart from a poor lining, I was also diagnosed with an abnormal uterus due to DES ...

Re: What are the treatment options for infertility?

Hi, there are many treatment options for fertility. You can take fertility drugs or undergo surgery. Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is another treatment option. IVF is another option if you have very low to nil sperm count or blocked fallopian tubes. You can even consider surrogacy. Consult your ...

Re: Success rate of IVF

Hi, first of all best of luck to you. I am much older than you and was told that I have 60% success rate as I was transferring one embryo. The success rate is slightly higher with 2 embryos. I became pregnant with twins but lost one. Now I am 30 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby.

Re: Second IVF attempts are a success

Hi, it is a difficult time when infertility strikes a couple. We had a failed ICSI and was the hardest thing to deal with. But my second round went well and we have 1 year old twins now. The second attempt does works as the treatment has advanced more. Be positive and all the best to you.
