kholtan,

hope your scan went well.

R.e. weight gain during PG - I gained quite a bit but you'd expect to with 2 babies, 2 placentas and 2 lots of amniotic fluid. I think you are right to keep the motto "eat sensibly" as your foremost thoughts. In hindsight I was healthy through PG but then it all ...

Hi Rittie,

I am glad my ramblings are of some use. Not long to go for you now. I'm trying to think of any other tips. I might just write them down as they come to me so forgive the dodgy sentence structure........

If you can be bothered at this stage or rope in some help, try and do some bulk ...

Kholtan,

Me too - I used to pretend my little brother was my twin brother. We did look very alike and once, I remember, a lady asked our mum if we were twin boys!! The cheek of it - I grew my hair after that!!

My girls are almost 14 months now and both walking well and into everything - they are ...

Kandice,
Congratulations! My DH & I were in the same scenario as yourself and DH with our 1st IVF/ICSI. I too had a high hcg level and we had twin girls (13 months old now).
All the best.

kholtan,
COngratulations!
I had the girls by elective CSection. Initially when I found out we were PG I was desperate to have a vaginal delivery - not entirely sure why I just was. Possibly as it might have been my only pregnancy and chance to have a "normal" delivery. At 30 weeks my presenting baby ...

You have had lots of replies but don't know if mine might help too - I had twins delivered by planned C/S due to presenting twin in extended breech position at 38 weeks -one was 6 lb 11 0z and the other was 5 lb 11 oz.

Good luck.

em,

Congratulations on your BFP!

My girls have just had their first birthday.

I would say that 2 bouncy chairs are a good idea but mostly one of everything else when they are first born. Agree that baby baths are not necessary. Unlike some of the others, I found my twin breastfeeding pillow ...

LittleP,

Blimey I can't believe you're almost at EC. Hang on in there for the next few days - a wee bit of anxiety is not a bad thing. Keep thinking positive thoughts.

All the waiting around is hard but you need to pull on that strength you have and believe that your dream is about to come true ...
