Anybody familiar with female anti sperm anitbody and treatments? We have tried 3 IUI's with no luck. IVF is the next step but we are wanting to try somethign less expensive first? Also, anything you know about Ovulex would help too?

I am brand new to this message board and hoping I can find some info for my wife and I. She has been diagnosed with having a anti-sperm antbody. We have tried 3 IUI's but no luck. We have been told that IVF is the next step but are looking for any other treatments. Any help would be appreciated.
