Tons of baby dust

Has any one injected and some of the drugs come back out?
Because tonight I did and when I took the needle out a drop came out of my skin.What did I do wrong this time?

Thanks Nimble, yes I think so I am injecting gonal f every night.My first scan is on friday.

Who ever does the list can they take me off the ec part because I do not know when it will be. thanks
