We are debating trying this however the problem lies within him not me. He had a vasectomy & then a reversal but still no sperm are coming out. So my question is can they retrieve his sperm (maybe with ICSI) and then inseminate me? We cannot afford IVF....not covered by insurance. Someone please ...
