Rachel, I'm so sorry to hear your news. (((Sending you virtual hugs)))

Jo - you are amazing -- dealing with 2 little ones, Crohns, diabetes AND now arthritis (let alone the aches and pains of pregnancy)! Hang in there I wish you all the best! You seem to be handling it very well - you're welcome to ...

hello

Hi everyone! Wish I could make this post more personal but I have serious baby-brain and am having trouble keeping track ... I'm going to have to get myself organized and start a list :)

Hate to be a 'Stupid American' but how much is a stone? I'm guessing 10 pounds, go ahead and have yourselves a ...

story

This is a fun idea cowgirl, thanks for giving us a place to share!

I also responded well to stimulation - had 20 eggs, 11 fertilized, 7 made it to day 3 and we put 2 grade-A 8cell embies back. We have 5 embies frozen now... I was on 'bedrest' for the next 5 days (sat on couch, only up for potty and ...

ET rest

My clinic was very conservative and had me stay down for 5 days following ET. Only up to use the bathroom and shower - but sitting up was okay, just no other activity. It's tough ... but it worked for us at least! Good luck and I wouldnt beat myself up if I were you - all you can do is listed to ...

Hi Bridget, welcome! Sounds to me like you got a good number of eggs and embryos - pretty close to my numbers in fact. I started with 20 eggs, 11 fertilized and 7 made it to day 3. They put back two and froze the other 5. Now that I'm pregnant (with twins) I think alot about those 5 embies and what ...

PIO shots

Hi Rileydee - I was on 1 shot a day until bleeding started around week 8, then moved to 2 (sometimes up to 4) shots a day for the next week or so, then back down to 2 until week 10, then they switched me to oral in the morning and shot at night. at 11 weeks I switched to 2 oral a day.

At first the ...

bf twins

Thanks for asking the question Kabillion, I'm wondering the same thing. This would be a good one for the double trouble thread too.

I've 'heard' your body will create enough milk for 2 but you do have to consume more calories. I have this vision of both babies feeding at the same time but then how ...

Hi everyone, we've had a roller coaster couple of weeks but the babies are doing well so that's all that counts! I have a pretty flexible job, on the phone and email mostly so been working from bed - keeping me from getting to bored. Daytime TV sucks, except for baby shows on the discovery channel ...

Hi Jo - feeling anxious about the whole thing, including delivery, is perfectly normal at any point in your pregnancy :) It sounds like you've been through a lot with your other children ... maybe you've paid your dues and this one will be a piece of cake!!

PIO

Hi there - can't comment personally on the 5 day blasts but looks like there are others with good experiences to share - good luck!

I'm taking 2-3 PIO shots a day due to some complications and like to change things up a bit depending on my mood. Ice for a few minutes does help to numb the skin ...

mazy

Hi Mazy - I'm sure you're fine, my dr didn't officially tell me to avoid any & all alcohol until ET. The hormones really do a number on us, don't they?! You can think something is okay one minute, then freak out about it the next....bottom line, you can relax and know you are perfectly normal!!
