Alive and Kickin'

Hey Ladies,

Sorry for my pregnant pause (ha-ha). The reality is I have been overly busy at work and feeling horrible. I come home from work and get back in bed. Today I am feeling reasonably ok.

Yesterday was our first scan - I'm seven weeks. We have one baby with a very strong heartbeat! I was ...

Hey Ladies,

I am one week from my BFP which I received last Friday. About two days after my ET, I was crampy for about two days and then it stopped. I was pretty sure that I was not feeling pregnant. Several days before my test I really felt like AF was on her way..... lo and behold, I am pregnant ...

Hello Ladies,

All of your stories warm my heart. Your dedication to each other is incredible. I wish you all the best.

I need to be brief, as I'm trying to work. .... my third HCG was 1561. I am feeling pregnant most of the time. I feel dizzy, bloated and some minor bouts of nausea. However, I ...

Hello to All!

Hang in there! Two days after my ET I was quite crampy for two days and my breasts were sore (HCG booster?). Then, everything stopped and I had virtually NO symptoms - I was convinced that I was a BFN. I spoke to the nurse, scoured for some more positive outcome stories, and spoke to ...

I'm in disbelief - trying not to worry too much. My number is 183 whatever that means - over 50 is good, so sounds good to me.

This is the best news ever.

best of luck to you all
keep believing . . .

and another thing...

like all of you.... I want this to be a BFP to share with you all to fuel your motivation and hope. I have spent the last two months scouring for positive IVF outcomes, clinging on those that have had successes. Those are the stories that make me believe it can happen to any of us. Hang in there ...

Yikes

It's reasonably early in the am - and for some reason I can't sleep! I am riddled with anticipation . . . trying hard to think positive and also trying to keep this in perspective. My stomach is full of butterflies and my concentration will be shot at work. I've got a full day of busy business and I ...

Hey Ladies,

I'm one week out until my test. . . this is not a bag of laughs. As I am sure most of you know, every tinge in my body is setting me off either into someplace very exciting or place that I find rather depressing.

My ovaries are still grumpy from the ER and I'm feeling crampy. That ...

Thanks for your support Ladies!

I had my egg transfer this morning. They looked beautiful - so perfectly round! At the end of all this, I had only 4 to freeze - so I had a total of 6 blasts. My doc was quite happy and I'm satisfied as well. I'm in bed with my laptop contemplating what state my body ...

pushing 40 too

Well . . . . I'm 39.5 and heavily engaged in my first IVF cycle. Tomorrow is my ET. I stim'd well with 18 eggs retrieved, 14 of which were mature. All 14 were fertilized via ICSI (DH is just 39). As of Day 3, things were looking good enough to blast (uh sorry for the pun) on to Day 5. Two had slowed ...

a new May/June buddy

Hi Ladies,

I am new to the group and feel hungry to discuss my experience and glean from others along my journey. I believe I qualify for a "may/june" buddy. I may be a bit ahead of some of you, as my retrieval was last Thursday, May 18th. My transfer will be a Day 5 transfer, which is tomorrow ...

Ovaries Pinching Post Retrieval?

So, how long should I be feeling full and pinching in my ovaries post retrieval? What has been your experiences? I'm on day 4, and I will have a day 5 transfer (tomorrow). So of course, there will be plenty of people looking at me that I can check with. Just wondering what you ladies have experienced?

moving on to Day 5 ET

Thanks USP!
I had good news yesterday - I'm going to Day 5 (tomorrow) for a blast transfer. Yesterday I had 12 embies that were looking good, ranging from 6 to 9 cells (four at 8). However, I'm a little nervous with an additional two day wait.
Best of luck to you with your stim's.
take care ...
