I was told 24 hour bed rest only bathroom breaks after transfer-then light to normal activity after.

Dr. said lack of blood flow to the uterus when on bed rest is not healthy either. Regular activity with no heavy lifting and no gym are good blood flow.

Not sure... you could be allergic to one of your meds though so tell your DR. I was allergic to the progestrone oil but it made me itch on the shot site baaaad like a hive. It may be your estrogen pills if you take them.

Or... it could be the meds giving you hot flashes but either way I'd tell ...
