BUddy I am so sorry about your BFN... Try not to blame yourself...Its like my doctor said - if they new what causes the implantation not to occure they would have the 100% rates of success. SO sorry again.

Sita - what I did on my 2 ww is - I drank a shot of wheat grass every other day, ate pineapple (they say it helps the implantation) everyday, took zinc everyday and multivitamins, and baby aspirin, stayed away from coffee, chocolate and alcohol ...

Well girls, its official and it is a BFP for me too! :lol: :lol: I think I am in shock still :roll: I don't know if I should cry or if I should smile or maybe I should go and eat a jar of pickles lol.
