Denise: Congrats! Sounds like you're really to go. Hopefully, the ER will treat you well. Let us know how things progress.

Amy: I've been released and am looking for an ob/gyn. It feels strange not having any appts. in my near future; I'm dying for an u/s!

Denise: Can't wait to hear how those follicles are looking; I hope they're doing what they do best...growing!

Kelly: I'm sorry to hear the lining hasn't improved, but I'd trust in Dr. M and assume it can/will work. Try to stay positive, and hopefully you can fatten that lining up on your own...or at least make the embies stick!

Amy: I had to ask for my u/s to be pushed up, so we had it yesterday...I must ...

Hi, Kelly: The tea I used was Organic Rasberry Leaf tea made by "Traditional Medicinals." I bought it in the health food section at Raley's. It says you should drink it several times a day. I really hope it helps, but you should start NOW. I just put a little lemon juice and honey in it and it was ...

Denise: Welcome. I hope you continue to have a great experience in Davis and get a BFP for your first cycle. MEDCO SUCKS!!! I assume you're having to use them...the clinic would have actually given you a Lupron kit until you were able to get your meds, then you'd just give them yours...that's what ...

Hi, Kelly. I stopped the tea b/c it's mainly for the uterus and by the time xfer comes, it should be good and ready, I hope. Most REs also don't want you taking any herbs past retrieval. I do understand about having twins; my sil had hers at 26 weeks and 1 day last Dec. 1st, and it's been a long ...

Amy: I'd love to have twins; it would be a real challenge, b/c we have a 15 yo (my stepson) who's disabled and in a wheelchair + my little guy who is a handful on his own. You should see us in action, we're quite the spectacle (sp?). I'm sure it would be a trying year, but I'm up for it. I've always ...

Hi, guys.

Amy: Thanks for the congrats...I'm on pins and needles, it's really hard getting back to normal life after getting the good news, especially since my mind is only on the u/s which isn't until Jan. 9th. So many things could change b/t now and then....scary.

Kelly: I'm so happy you're on ...

Hi, guys, I did get a +++ today at 11dp3dt and the number was 152, which seems pretty normal. I'm very excited and afraid and really hope Wed's numbers continue to double. I hope the both of you follow suit ASAP! I have to run, as we just got home from a 4 day weekend and I need to unpack.

Hi Amy and Kelly. It really is a small world when you can meet multiple people with so much in common online who are almost your neighbors.

Amy: I would probably try the IUIs, also, just b/c it's cheaper. Did you not use baby aspirin at NCFMC? I did with my three cycles there, and I even did it ...

Hi, Amy. I actually went to Dr. Cherry for one of my cycles. I absolutely believe in and love acupuncture, it's just expensive. I'm a SAHM, so it definately makes it difficult to add anything additional to the budget, especially at Christmas time. The cycle I did acu didn't work, but I think it's b ...

Hi, Amy. Our pedi is actually with UC Davis; we chose him b/c he also treats kids with disabilities, and my dss has CP. It's so sad that ins. is so expensive that employers are cutting back. The 2ww is definately a terrible time and I really don't want to feel like I've done anything wrong, but deep ...

Amy: Thanks for the well-wishes. This is my 5th cycle, with 4 fresh and 1 frozen. I have a ds from my 4th IVF fresh cycle. I actually have been to 3 clinics! My ds came from Northern California, and this is our first in Davis. We were really surprised it took 4 cycles, b/c we were told we were prime ...

Hi, Amy. I, too came from Kaiser, and absolutely LOVED my OBGYN. I didn't want to switch ins. just b/c of him. We now have Blue Cross/Blue Shield and it's through IBM. I think coverage is very rare and we consider ourselves very lucky. I actually just had my transfer at Davis TODAY. I'm nervous and ...

My IVF angel came 10 days late, at over 41 weeks, so it's not so for all of us!
