Tracey - I just never visit the board any more - it's really difficult to get on at work these days and I don't have access at home.

so long since I've been able to look at the lovely messages and happy birthdays you left - work is manic.

All the little things babies do - they're all the same in some ways and so different in others!!

ALICE IS ONE ON 28TH MARCH

Alice Margaret Locker is one on 28th March and I want to say obviously how wonderful that is for us, but mainly thanks to all my pals on this site - so much help before during and since the IVF - so grateful for every word of it from every one of you.

We know how fortunate we are.

Feel for you Debra with the down-regulating - the LAST thing you need is broken sleep!!!!

Alice sleeps really well for quite a few weeks and then we have one of "those" nights which by co-incidence was last night!! She woke at 3:00am really crying and after attempting to sooth her and get her back ...

Hi Gemma, congratulations ..... absolutely fantastic. Y'know, I dont think you ever get over the disbelief that this baby is actually yours after all the time you've waited and how you've told yourself it couldnt happen to you - my daughter is 10 months old and I'm still reeling believe me!!!

Hi there ...... my daughter who is now 10 months old started this at about two months old and my health visitor said she was probably teething early. No teeth appeared until 8 months!!! I think the teeth do start moving a long long time before they make an appearance unfortunately ... you feel so ...

Hi Shell ....... I read 6 months. I have one of those microwave steam sterilisers so it only takes 5 mintues. I usually just use hot soapy water and bottle brush but every other time sterilise bottles and dummies etc - thought it can't do any harm. i'm sure just washing is OK.

Hi Sarah .... yes I remember you and its lovely to hear from you one year on!! It is such a wonderful life isnt it? It's hard and physically exhausting and everything else but those little faces looking at you dispel it all!! We are so lucky.
