yest it depends on the US....and we found out the first baby was a boy at week 12 and found out the girl was around week 16. With twins they sent us to a High risk specialist and his US was much better than the normal.

2nd Cycle better chance?

DH here

I really don't see this discussed on these boards much, but thought I would give my thoughts.

We went through our first cycle in May and did a Fresh 2ET. Well to our dispair, they did not take and we were very dissapointed. After speaking to the doctor he told us we had a really good ...

my wife forgot also around the 10 day ET, and she still got a BFP. Just contact your doc and as the poster above said I think they try to keep your levels a bit higher.

It did not work for us on our first Fresh cycle. It did work on our second frozen cycle. We think (as well as our Doc) it worked on the second time was because my wifes endometrium was overstimulated on the first attempt. With all the meds you take on the first attempt it's common that your ...

Angela,

It's sort of a double edge sword. With a Fresh Transfer your endometrium (uterus lining) may be overstimulated form all the meds, but the doctors will always do a transfer with fresh eggs. With a frozen transfer since there is no egg extraction your endometrium gets a chance to build up. It ...

sounds familiar.....my DW is 9.1 w/twins and cannot eat any meats. She can only eat fruit and bean and cheese burritos.

If I eat any sort of meat she cannot smell it or she feels like she is going to vomit.

good luck....we send out best wishes.

Hi Rachel,

My wife and I started trying in 2003/2004 and the docs just kept saying keep trying. We were a bit frustrated and finally decided to seek fertility treatments. I agree with a post above. If a low SC from your DH is the factor then ICSI may be the only way. Your doc should be able to ...

I'm 36 and my wife is 33. We live in Souther California and started trying about 3.5 years ago. It looks like everyone on this board is from the UK (love the UK by the way)

our doc is telling us to stop around 9 weeks (we are 8.2 weeks) as my wifes placenta should be producing enough progestrone by week 9. We were sort of nervous to stop, but he says that's what he does to almost all.
