I know that this is a belated answer to your question...but I gave birth to twins 12 weeks ago via egg donation IVF... a boy and a girl.
Truthfully they both look my husbands' side of the family....but my husband and I have very similar features...so sometimes they comment that certain ...

Also waiting for news!!!!
Meantime...hope everyone is well and coping with whatever stage they're at!!
