My doc didn't even check heartbeats at the first ultrasound (5 wks). I think he was too shocked by the amount there. I know they all had heartbeats. After I left I realized I didn't even get a photo of them. :(

I've decided I can't worry about making any decisions right now until I see what happens. We may not need to make any choice.

I'm curious what people have craved and can actually eat in the beginning.

I have no appitite for meat, chicken or fish...but love oranges, grapefruit, pizza and lemonaide. Tonight I craved blueberry pancakes--yum!

BTW...I got perscription prenatal chewables from the doc. They are so much easier ...

1st IVF was 3 but none took. Soft cycle was 3 and 1 took. This time we did 4 - all took plus one split! This is very rare for my age...especially a split. I know the doc feels bad but they usually know best. Good luck with you!

I am excited yet terrified. I might have to do a selective process purely for the health of the babies. It will be extremely difficult either way. We'll see at my next appt.

Hi, I just found out the 4 placed embri's all took, and a split ucccured. OMG We were not prepared for this! (Especially since 0 out of 3 was previous) The doctor highly recommends selective removal for the health of the babies and myself. There may be a chanse some may not stay. We will see in 2 ...
