Hi Sammy, I tested positive yesterday and and suffered very bad lower back pain.I also had a mild form of OHSS-not sure if the 2 are related. I was convinced this was a sure sign that I would test negative as I had the symptoms from day 5 or 6.Good luck Jacqui
