Hi All
as yet my partner and i have not tried any treatments- we are seriously considering donor insemination, as my partner had a vasectomy about 20 years ago after having two children in a previous relationship. We have been together 7 years and despite the 33 year age gap are blissfully happy. Any advice on treatments to consider would be a great help. We are living in Greece and have a new business so although not really the best time we are both wanting to start a family as soon as possible.

You can also try TESA/MESA with icsi. This would enable you to use your partners sperm if the vasectomy is irreverisble. Goodluck with what you decide.
