Hello all, I am having my 2nd ultrasound tomorrow and would like to ask y'all to keep me in your prayers. I am SO worried, still having cramps and spotting. This morning I was having stabbing pain in my lower stomach. I just don't know what to think. I will be 8 weeks tomorrow, and I am just praying that all is good.
GOOD LUCK tomorrow. It's hard not to let your imagination run riot but try and relax. I had spotting and also some sharp stabbing pains at around 8 weeks and I'm nearly 35 weeks now.
I really hope everything goes okay. Love Vicky.

Hey Madiva,
Thats wondeful news, happy it all went well for you. I was interested in your comment re the m/c rate. (Its terrible to finally get pregnant and then have the worry of m/c interfer with the joy a little isn't it!)
Does this mean that after 8 weeks it goes down to 3%!!!! That would really give me a lot of comfort, am 8wks today.
Cheers
Mel

Yes Mel - its documented in quite a few of my pregnancy books that when an 8 week scan is used - a successful one indicates a 97% chance of successful pregnancy and birth so relax - who needs the 12 week marker anyway!Congrats on your pregnancy - enjoy it!
