I had my embryo transfer yesterday. They transferred 1 8-cell grade 1 (at my clinic 1 is the best).
I have been trying to take it easy, but am so antsy that I find it hard to sit and do nothing. I am also very uncomfortable - bloated and a little crampy.
Any suggestions for the 2ww? Also, anyone succeed with a single 8-cell transfer?

I have never had 8-cell transfer, mine are transferred at 4-cell (have one son). I could reel off a list of things to keep you busy, but your mind will probably never be far away from the thought of your little embie. It's a horrible time. I am almost half way through it (in fact my clinic makes me wait 17 days - what a pain!). Just wanted to say good luck.
I had 2 blastocysts tranferred and I think that is one step past 8 cell if I am not mistaken. As you know I got a BFP. We have the same doctors and they are excellent - I would feel confident in them!
I can't wait to hear about your BFP!!!
