Bleeding 3 days before

HI I actually ask on behalf of my wife she is very upset because she has got bleeding 3 days before the test and now she thinks she got her period and that the IVF didnt worked. we had the transfer on the 7th and are booked in for a test at the 21st.

does any one has similar experience or can comment on that ?

Hi there,
Welcome to this site..
I can imagine your worry.
Lots of women have bleeding before their test date and then go on to test positive.
If the bleeding is more than normal and red in colour, I would suggest you report to your clinic to be on the safe side.

Was the bleeding only for a short time and then it stopped? It could be implantation bleeding!!! I certainly would not give up hope.
