hi girlies,<br><br>in case any of you can help and haven't been reading the ACB strand, currently i have 35+ follies, high oestrodial (greater than 13,000) and coasting awating ec.<br>any of you experienced coasting and quality of eggs post ec??<br>would appreciate any advice as to how long it may take to come down?<br>thanks guys,<br>luv fi

Hi Fi, last time I did a full cycle I coasted for the last 2 or 3 days - ended up with 25 eggs, 18 of which fertilised, and managed to get 9 to blastocyst, so could well be good news for a great haul for you too. Keeping everything crossed, much love<br><br>Alison x

Fi<br><br>I'm afraid I can't help you on this, just wanted to say hi and hope you're not suffering too much - your poor belly must be huge!! I always responded really well to the drugs and got about 18 follies from one ovary, 11 of which fertilised and you know the rest. As Alison says, lets hope this is the start of a great haul!<br><br>Rest up!<br><br>Helen xx

Hi Fi I had 35/40 eggs and they decided to coast me for the last few days. I ended up with 9 eggs 6 of which fertilized unfortunately the Embryo's were poor quality. I don't know if stimulation protocol was to blame for the poor quality and it is something they are going to address next cycle. I know you've really had a rough time of it but the fact that they are monitoring you and trying to prevent the OHSS is good but frustrating. I hope they manage to bring your oestrodial level down. My clinic didn't look at my hormone levels so I have no idea if they were high or not. I have my fingers crossed for you and hope you get to E/C soon.<br>Love and hugs<br>Aly<br>x
