implantation cramping

I'm on day 8 after a day 5 blastocyst transfer and am experiencing sharp pinpointed cramping today. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be implantation cramping?

hi,according to my clinic it can be a sign of implantation or could also be a sign of AF,just take it easy and try not to worry too much the 2ww is a nightmare we all have to endure..best of luck...
