Hi there July Ann, I have my baseline at Bourn tommorow and was going to ask a few questions about the lif trial you are doing. Do you know how far the study is? i.e If the outcome of yours is conclusive will it be available to all in the next few months, or will there be more trials. The reason I ask is if this FET is unsuccessful we are back to full blown IVF and I was wondering whether a) the lif will be available or b) what are the criteria for being included in another trial. Hi Karen, I read in the paper about the LIF trial and Bourne Hall and subsequently contactedthem about it. Attached is the reply they sent me:- "Dear Allison, Thankyou for your recent e-mail regarding the IVF trial we are currently running. We hope to complete this trial by September/October 2003, but if you are still interested in future trials - please do give me a call early next year to see what we have planned. Meanwhile, I wish you all the very best with your forthcoming treatment. Kind regards Annie" I am currently in an IVF cycle at present so wasnt able to participate in this trial but if it doesnt work then i will contact them again early next year. If you are between treatments now you may ike to contact them.
