I am in week one of the two week wait. Does it matter how you sleep at night?? Since Friday 20th October when I had my transfer I have been having sleepless nights - thinking that sleeping on my side could move the embryos out of position (of course I am worried about them wandering into my fallopian tube ). Basically the embryo was transferred two days after fertilization - I have no idea if they will develop further. The only thing I know is that the doctor said that the two embryos looked good at the stage that they were when they got transferred.
So please some advice from some of you pregnant ladies!!!
