I hope someone can help me...
I have extremely itchy nipples and I cannot touch them because they are sooooo sore! It is very annoying/painful! I tried to hydrate them but it doesnt seem to work.
Have any of you had that? Is there something I can do?

my nipples are the same...really sensitive and sometimes the skin peels from around them.... its worse when your cold.. .... the advice i found usefull was to wear a bra that wasnt lacy !!! lace and other materials make the situation worse....
silky material doesnt irritate as much.....i actually prefer not to wear a bra ... i wear vests with hidden support.... a tube of E45 cream in the fridge is good when itching is at its worse....

believe it or not, it keeps me awake at night!! I ll try the E45 cream, and for the bra, yes I baught a very sexy grand ma bra... I also prefer not to wear any (I often do normally) but because they are so much bigger, I make extra effort on wearing bras because i dont want them to fall down my knees!!
