Hi<br><br>This will be my 1st attempt at IVF, awaiting a cycle so i can start treatment, hopefully end of the month, periods not normall.<br>Just wondered if there's anybody else in the same boat or been there and know the drill at st. marys.<br>Been on 3 yr waiting list, well it will be nearly 4 yrs by the time i start. getting very very nervous now just wana get going.<br><br>Good luck to all<br>Nicky xx

Hi Nicky<br><br>Sorry I'can't help you about St Mary's, but just wanted to wish you goodluck with your treatment. I'm on my first cycle of ICSI after a two year wait on the NHS. I have my baseline scan on Thursday hoping for EC end of Oct.<br><br>This site is full of understanding people whatever you need to know someone always seems to have the answer.<br><br>Vicki B X

Hi Nicky,<br><br>Wellcome to the rollercoaster and wonderful world of ivf !!<br><br>I'm currently on my 2nd week of the dreaded 2WW i test on the 20th but ive had my tmt at st marys and they are wonderful really helpful. I know you've had a long wait but they do say that good things come to those who wait, so i hope you are one of they lucky ones who it works for first time +++ !!<br><br>my tmt has been a two hospitals treatments i had all my consultations, blood est etc done at Billinge in Wigan but my EC's and ET's were done at St marys !! <br>The FET ive just had done was by a Doctor Lieberman he was fantastic a really nice chap and he put me at ease and made me feel very ++tive.<br>I dont know if you're going to get him but all the best for your tmt !!<br>Soz i'm rambling but i can blame it on all the hormones at the minute cant i !! <br>Dont know if ive been any help or not but you'll be fine.<br>Everyone on here is so lovely any questions you'll have somebody will be able to help you.<br><br>Best of luck <br>Alisonb xx

Thanks Vicky and alison for you reply's and support.<br>I hope your both doing OK, I can only check this when i'm at work, which is only part time and in the evening.<br>Alison i hope and pray you have wonderful news tomorrow, i will be looking out for you when i come in work. good luck and keep positive.<br>Vicky sorry to be asking this, but what stage are you at, have you actually started your treatment?<br><br>I am getting to the point where am starting to talk myself out of it, i'm so scared of it all, side effects just everything, i have had a kidney transplant, so as you can imagine i'm worried about that, i think i will be OK once i get started, i know i'm gona begin with a low dose and when and if i get that far they are only putting 1 back.<br><br>Hope to be in contact with you soon<br>Good luck alison +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++<br>Nicky xxx
