i am seriously considering entering the ivf programme but have some concerns over my age (44) i was sterilised 17 yrs ago and would like to know if there is anyone who is going through this treatment or has been through it that can give me some answers to some questions that are worrying me and help to put my mind at ease if possible thanks..

hi dd<br>i too have gone past the 40 mark{only just} i was also sterilised{9 years ago}, we had 2 attempts at i.v.f and got a lovely positive on the 2nd one. i am now 5weeks and 4days. so theres hope for everyone here...<br>talk soon <br>love jackie xxx

Hi DD<br><br>I too was sterilised 9 years ago, I am one of the lucky ones and am now pg with twins on my first attempt of IVF (31 weeks pg). Being sterilised dosen't mean that it wont work, prior to your sterilisation did you have any positive pregnancies?<br>All the best with your treatment, if you want any questions ansewered ask away.<br>Emma x
