Girls

Thank you so much for your messages. They have meant so much to me.
I really appreciate all the support you have given and it certainly makes me feel alot less isolated in my sadness.
I am doing okay. Feeling very numb, which is to be expected. I am just focusing on getting through this first week and trying not to look at the bigger picture too much. I even went back to my yoga class today which made me feel alot better. DH is being really supportive and is my Mum and sisters. I have n't told any friends about this last cycle not even close ones, don't know why really but just did n't. In a sense it made it easier at the time but now I know people are wondering why I am not my usual self still I am not going to worry about it.
My little dog has been brilliant and has been licking me to death all the time. Those of you with pets will understand how they manage to take you out of yourself even when in the depths.
Anyway, mainly wanted to thank you all, and send you my good wishes.
Love Gracexxxx
Grace

Glad to hear you are doing okay, just try to take each day as it comes..........this is so much easier for me to say as I am not feeling your pain and sadness, do hope you start to feel your old self again soon.

I reckon plenty more yoga and mega amounts of licks from your little dog.

Thinking of you

Love Hayley xx

Grace

Glad you are hanging in there. I have 2 cats I call my 'boys' and the eldest is 11, they have seen me through plenty of rough times and they definately have that 6th sense. Grace,

Glad your doggie is looking after you and giving you lots of licks. My goodness we all need it. I took mine out today to Hampstead Heath - if you are in town, it is a great place - particularly in the morning. A real treat.

You are very much in my thoughts, as I mentioned earlier I may be joining you. Completely understand not telling friends. You feel rather boring going on about the same thing. I go very quiet during a cycle, so don't worry about that, it is quite normal.

Take care, do lots of exercise and keep in touch too,

Nicky, Phil and Molly (woof)
