Worried - Back Pain -Cramps

I'm starting to freak out. I'm in my 5 week and have just started today having some cramps on both sides and lower back pain. Is this normal please someone tell me you had this too.

I have had cramps and been worried about them too. I've had them the whole time and even though I did in vitro, it was only with clomid so it was not very invasive. I don't think my ovaries got sore and big like a normal IFV. There can be a lot of the cramping if you were very stimulated. I'm nine weeks and today I went to my ob-gyn and he said the cramping was fine, it shows you're uterus is growing, and as long as there is no bleeding you're good to go! The only thing I would worry about is the pain in your lower back. I think that is something you want to talk to your dr about. It could be a urinary tract infection or something else. Probably something you'd want to research or call your dr about. Good luck with everything! I know how unsettling the cramping can be.

I'm going to call the doctor today. My ovaries were very over stimulated with my cycle. I'm also very, very bloated. I'm wondering if my OHSS symptoms are just returning slightly.
