NCBs test dates .............

Hi ther, thought this might be easier for us all to keep an eye on eachother! Please add your test dates, thanks Lisa P - just starting 2nd diui due to test 29th December (if all goes well!)

I know I confused you all by having a December test date but my cycle is Nov/Dec so i thought the NCB would be the best one to join!! So yes, you're right, my test date is December 29th (if all goes to plan!) Good luck everyone Lisa x

How soon can you do a test at home after ET?? Not hopeful this time - I only produced 4 eggs! 3 have fertilised, so we will be lucky if we have anything by the time ET is tomorrow - 19th. Any thoughts welcome, Nickyx

Nicky they will be fine dont worry , my last 2 cycles I had 4 eggs and 3 fertilised and I always had 2 put back. 1 more sleepless night! Trace x

Hi all, Nicky, my clinic (King's in London) don't do blood tests, so all their patients just do a HPT at the end of the 2ww then get scanned two weeks after that. I had to do the HPT on day 15 i.e. ET is day 1 - so I had ET on a Weds and tested on the Weds a fortnight later. It seemed like forever, but try not to be test early - by that point, you'll get a nice strong positive and will be in no doubt. Good luck to you all, Beck x

Nick, think the earliest you can test blood hcg levels (not hpt) is day 11 after et (ie day after et is day 1) as I have seen people in America test on day 11. I had my blood hcg tested on day 12. any earlier and you risk the level being artificially influenced by the Profasi injection you take prior to ec. For the hpt it is probably advisable to wait until day 14. blood tests cost about £40, but hey at least you can know 3 days earlier. hope this helps. beckym xx

Nicky I would wait at least 14 days to do a hpt, as this could show the wrong result prior to then. I tested positive after 12 days with a blood test at the clinic, I then tested at home and it was negative, after 2 further days I tested at home and it was positive. Sorry a bit waffly but just wanted to say do not test early!! Good luck Lisa x

hi girls just wanted to wish you all lot's of luck for those that are testing soon. I'm of on holiday and will not be back until the 28 Traci's test date. I bet my week will go alot quicker than yours traci... well hope you all get big fat positives... take care july ann
