About the telling people, that is the exact same reason why I don't tell people anymore, the first time EVERYBODY knew about my cycle, and when I had the m/c it was horrible, I didn't want anybody else asking me about it, so that is why we decided not to tell anyone else until the pregnancy is advanced, so we don't have to go through that again.....START STIMMS 7TH JUNE????

I am nervous... I can't sleep... we have to be at the office at 8:30 for DH to do .. well you know...
9am is my sleepytime..... I hope and pray for 8 follies and 8 eggs.. I know they all won't fertilize but one can only hope...... I like EVERYONE of you didn't tell family.. I had to tell my office staff because of being hot/cold... a little emotional... blah blah blah.. They promised me they would do the happy folly dance tomorrow at 915am... It is a silly little 8 count dance.. Made me laugh.. I told my mom I was going to some contiuning education in a different city tomorrow.. hope she believes it...
Forgive me if I have left anyone out..... Out of all of us.. someone of lots of someones will have some good news..... well...

I just got back from my scan and they told me that things are moving along. I now have 11 follicles (up from 5 on day 7) but 4-5 of them are quite small (around the 1.0 size). They said that I have around 6 good ones and that tomorrow we'll have to figure out whether to wait for the others to advance and maybe lose one or two of the big ones or go with the ones that are already mature. We'll have to see! But I am feeling better with that number - six good ones with the potential for more.
I also have 3 frozen so I asked whether I can combine those ones with the fresh ones to up the numbers. This is my last round using my eggs so I figured I might as well use the ones that are frozen if I can. I am waiting to hear back from the clinic on that one. Has anyone heard of doing that before?
Thinking of each of you - the next couple of days are quite busy!!!

Hi Ladies, just a quick update. Had my scan this morning. The follies are coming along slowly, the big ones are around 14-15 mm right now, and there are several smaller ones as well. I have to wait for my Saturday appt to find out when egg retrieval will be. I may stimulate a little longer than the usual 10 days.

Jodi, I hope your egg retrieval went well today!!!
I heard back from the clinic and was told that they can combine frozen and fresh embryos so that is what we are going to do. We discussed with our RE the option of taking the embryos to blast (depending on how many and the quality) so if that occurs they'll take the frozen a bit farther too. So, at the very least I know that we have 3 fertilized embryos that are currently frozen, then we can add some fresh ones too. We are transferring everything we have so we'll have to see what we end up with!

I had my scan today. I had 10 follies on the right and four on the left. As three of the follies on the right were less than 10 they are not doing the retrieval until Tuesday now.....at 9.20am
What size do the follicles have to be? does anyone know. some of them were 16 and 16.5 and 17 but three were less than 10.
My ovaries feel sore and even when I have a wee it hurts, anyone else??Also I've put weight on!!!!! I am simply comfort eating without knowing?? probably...

Hey Ladies...
My retrieval went ok yesterday... When I woke up they said they snatched 9 follies... better than 6-8. I slept most of the day yesterday and I am very crampy today . I went to work today- took my asprin, my steroid, my antibiotic and a couple of pain pills that aren't doing jack for my discomfort.. I was feeling pretty good until now( it is 115 pm) I haven't heard from my husband or from the clinic..... which is freaking me out more than anyone can know... I have left 3 messages with my husband telling him that he needs to call me as soon as they call him good or bad because this is killing me. Do they ususally call the day after?
My DH was precious on Wed night- he went 17 miles to get me my favorite pizza. I am going to eat some crab legs this weekend too... I believe I am suppose to transfer on Sunday(Fathers day) but like I have said, I have heard nothing. I am not one to read horriscopes, but today the Headline caught my eye and it was... Take it Easy Aries... It said that things might not go the way you want them but eventually they will... Why did I read that?
My PMA is not so good right now.......

Vicky - I've been lurking and watching your progress and just wanted to wish you the best with your three eggs. I had lots of eggs in my first and second cycles (I think 13 and then 11). Then, in my third, even though I had lots of follies, they only got 3 eggs (something called "empty follicle syndrome".) Anyway, long story short, they all fertilized (w/ icsi) and ended up being my best embryo's ever - good division and minimal/no fragmentation. As you know, this 3rd cycle was our successful one. So, I'm a firm believer in "quality not quantity"! I'll keep your embies in mind over the next few days and pray they divide and stay strong! You stay strong too! 
Hi Ladies - I was reading your thread and my dates are similar to yours. I had my FET on Thursday, June 14th. Now I am on bedrest and am trying my best to stay calm. I can't help but be a little anxious. I had a successful IVF last year and now we are trying for baby #2. I don't feel the same as last year, which makes me a little nervous thinking I am going to have a BFN. I am doing my best to be positive.
