I just wanted to let you know that my RE advised me of a new study that came out. It concludes that aerobic exercise in the first 18 weeks of pregnancy increases the chance of a M/C. SO, RE told me to take it easy. Prenatal Yoga is OK as is walking (that isn't too rapid or high impact). I don't have the name or any other details of the study, but I thought those of you who are early in the PG stage might be interested in knowing this fact. If I get more info, I'll let you know/
THAT IS INTERESTING. DO YOU KNOW WHEN/WHERE THE STUDY WAS CONDUCTED? I AM INTERESTED IN READING IT IN DETAIL. I MAY SOMETIMES ERR ON THE SIDE OF BEING TOO CAUTIOUS, AND SOMETIMES I FEEL THE NEED TO SUPPORT (JUSTIFY) IT.
BY THE WAY, YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK OUT THE OVER 40 THREAD. THERE ARE SEVERAL OVER 40 LADIES W/SUCCESS STORIES, WHICH I FOUND VERY INSPIRING.
