Phew!!!!

Hi all - Great news! Just retuned from the hospital and had our 1st scan and all is well!! We have one little bundle on the way and we saw it's little heart beating away. I could not see at first as I was so scared and was sobbing but my gorgeous DH said 'I can SEE it, OMG!!!' We can't wipe the smiles off our faces. We drove home on a cloud whilst thinking up lots of names and giggled a lot. I would like to say a HUGE thankyou to all you girls who supported me over the last week. I would have really lost it had it not have been for you. I am so pleased I found this site. I am such a worry wort and have found all your advice invaluable. We have another scan next week. I will try to control my worrying this week. Good luck and well done to everybody especially all us newly pg's. Love Dagny xxxx

Hi Dagny Its such a wonderful feeling when you see your little baby on the screen, as weeks go by now your little on will get bigger and bigger and you will just love it. I also worry but I think its only natural to worry but if you need any answers just shout we are always here for each other. Love & Hugs Shell. xx

Dagny I've been thinking about you all day! I'm so glad it went well - its such a huge relief. The wait to the next scan is no where near as long or traumatic, I promise!! I think once you see the heartbeat you tend to relax a little and I think this helps the time pass quicker!! You must be so delighted. I am for you!! Try to keep going with your liquids and eat as well as you can (before the dreaded sickness comes your way!) lots of love nikola.xxx ps hi Val & Jackie how are you other newly pg ladies doing???
