It sounds like you are keeping busy kbat. That's good! I should try and do the same. Thanks for the good wishes for tomorrow. I'll post something as soon as I know.
Ann D and jenilu...GOOD LUCK tomorrow! I am praying for 3 more BFPs!
gekasbaby - NONE!!! I went to the store to get some dinner but didn't buy any HPTs. Yay me! I was able to resist the temptation. Now I'm just watching the clock tick by...waiting for it to be late enough to go to bed. I can't wait for tomorrow afternoon to come. Good or bad news, I am ready for the wait to be over.
How come it doesnt show you online? Is there a way to change that? anyway, I know how you feel and can not wait for it to be over for you. The relief is so nice. I am so glad I didnt do the accupuncture bec now I need to use that money for the medications.
Once you find out your pregnant the anticipation doesn't end. It focuses on waiting for the ultrasound!
Well, at least you will work from home tomorrow and we know you wont be out on the streets buying HPT's!!!!!
Well ladies, I hate to be the bearer of more bad news, but it's a BFN for me. Gosh, this sucks. Anyway, I'm going to cry for a while and then pull myself together and maybe go get drunk. Thank you all for all of your support. This was a journey that would have been unbearable without you. I'll check back to see how everyone else does. I really hope I am the last BFN, and I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Oh cornybaby, I am so sorry to hear your news. That absolutely sucks. You have such a strong spirit and a positive attitude. I know next time will be your BFP!!!! ((((HUG))))
Having a drink is a good idea... that's exactly what I did after my bfn on my last cycle....
I am thinking of you and you will be in my prayers.

Cornybaby,
I am so sorry to hear that its BFN!!!!!!! I truly believe next cycle will work for you guys. Dr. S just needs to adjust your protocol and I am sure you will get lots of strong eggs that will stick! Keep your head up girl. OH, and you can have ALL my gonal-f! I may have some leftover Medrol too. I hope you feel ok... and just know I am always hear when you want to chat. You have my all my numbers I think - heehee.
XOXO
PS- Have a great Turkey Day! Have fun with your family and relax. Have some MIMOSAS (for me too!)
gekasbaby - thank you. I just left you a message. Dr. S called himself! It was very brief and he got right to the point. As soon as I heard his voice, I knew it wasn't going to be good news. Anyway, I may just take you up on that gonal-f offer. We can talk about it...I'd be happy to donate to the future baby-gekas fund if you don't want to just give it away. We'll see what my new protocol is. I am wondering if he will switch me to follistem or not. He told me to call and make an appointment for a consultation as soon as AF shows up. Have a GREAT Thanksgiving. I will call you this weekend. I couldn't have gotten through this without you, so THANK YOU!
Cornybaby,
Where did you leave the message? I didnt even hear my phone... I cant believe he called himself. Did he say what he thought was the problem?
Omg. I wanted to write earlier but right when I got home today I started cooking for tomorrows feast and then we had to do our family photos at Olan Mills. Then we went to dinner. I told Andrew and he was in shock and sad for you guys. I told him you got the t'fer though and he was glad.
I am exhausted. If you can believe this... I STILL DON'T FEEL ANYTHING!
Well, besides my boobs being sore! I have nausea too throughout the day... kinda makes me nervous like what if something goes wrong!
anyway, call me tomorrow morning if ya want. I am off to get some rest.
xoxo
First let me give you all a brief intro. Last year, after my ectopic and left tube removal, I did my first IVF in Colombia with two blast stage (5-day) Grade A embryo transfers. BFN. Then early this year we went back for a FET (Frozen EGG), and sadly only one survived the thaw. Another BFN. This time we are trying our local clinic in Orlando, FL and they retrieved 13 eggs of which 6 were ICSI'd and 7 were inseminated naturally (none fertilized). Of the ICSI group, 4 were fertilized and the other two were not mature enough. Then they placed back three embies. No idea what happened with the fourth one.
I will have my beta test tomorrow. After some cramps and pain in the first few days I don't have any more symptoms, except gas. First off I am very happy for all of you that got a BFP. Yes, I will tell my family if I got a BFP; they are very aware of the whole procedure. Wish me luck tomorrow.
