ICSI/Angie, good luck with your beta result, i am sure all is fine your symptoms are all spot on, and i have to say i never felt nauseous with my chemicals for me that was the big difference in symptoms this time around, also the tiredness. My clinic only do one beta, if its over 50 you just wait for the scan sometimes too much info is more harmful. Good luck and take it easy.

Shantala, love the nursery, its the same as my sil was picking but i think she changed her mind. You must be getting excited now, seems to be flying by. take care.

Rachel, glad your feeling better, i am sure being off work helps, wow DH cracked on with the painting, whinnie the poo sounds lovely, is ot the one from mothercare? As for us, we are fortunate that we only finished renovating the house 2 years ago, and painted our spare rooms soft solar (dulux) a lovely yellow/orange sunny colour so are just going to find a border and may do some stencils or pictures and need curtains as only have blinds in there. So no painting this end.

Hope, doing an AF jig for you, sorry still not looked into all the sparklie stuff never seem to have time.

Mia, hope the shots are going ok, i took gonal f, DH stabbed me in the thigh every night, found it really easy i did 225 per day and got 20 eggs. good luck at your scan.

OH STOP IT!!!! And i'll tell you what i told queen beck ----- i am a good 20-30lbs heavier now than in that photo.....i am literally always the one WITH the camera and dh barely knows how to work it!!! So first of all, i had a hard time finding a pic at all and secondly --- i REALLY wanted one w/ my SEXY dh!!! (least I think he's sexy!!!)

nims --- OMG i don't know what would be worse.......going thru what i am w/ having bloods done every couple of days or just waiting it out!!!!! flip a coin!!! guess both ways pretty much suck!!!

thank you - although a little nervous - getting quite a few twinges and sharp pains over the last few days which i'm sure is just growing pains.

We have finally decided to go ahead with the combined test as well although if the results come back and we are in the high risk catergory we are then not sure what to do. Its a difficult decision as I wouldn't to take the risk of having the amino /cvs test due to the risk of m/c but then do you spend the rest of your pg worrying??! But we will cross that bridge if/when we come to it. If we don't do the tests at all - is the worry still there in the back of your mind?

Rachel/shantala - did you guys do the test?? I know you did Jayne but just wondered if the others did.

Angie - not sure either which is worse - but then they never said that this was going to be easy - you have to have patience of a saint to go through this process and extremely long finger nails too!!

Hi ladies you have been busy again

Nims i only had the blood test to see what risk the baby would be for downs which came back low my midwife did tell me about the nuchal scan when i was about 16 wks which was to late but we had already decided that what ever the results were of the blood test we were doing nothing has we had waited so long for this baby
Good luck tomorrow and them sharp twinges are prob just the baby moving a few things around to get more comfortable .

Becky how did your 1st day go and good luck for tomorrow cant wait to hear all the news

Hello ladies,

Well - i went to hell and now im back!

I dont like it

1: I left this morning at 7.45am and I didnt get home untill 6.28pm - way too late in the evening for me, too much traffic etc, its 7.05pm now and i STILL havent had tea (dinner) its still cooking Usualy i would have left at 8.10am and been home at 5.15pm <- suiting me better!

2: The people are lovely and friendly - but the work is WAY OVER MY LEAGUE!!! Way too much information for me!

3: (And this is the WORST BIT!!!) I cant get onto NO SITES on the internet!!! Nothing!!!!! Everything is blocked (appart from the local News site!!!)

4: Im tired and depressed, i know i have to give it more of a chance, i know i will 'get there' eventually - but its all too much at the moment - i cried on way home in the car, i tried to hold out and keep it in, but it just happened Im so tired now

But i did tell em i had an appointment - told em it was a follow up for my operation LOL - gawd i hope i get pregnant - at least i wont have to work there for too long lol ....

Ladies, im hellish sorry, i do apologise - but i must log off, i cant do personals at the minute, too much to sort for tea (dinner) etc, i just want to stuff my face full of crisps and chocolate and go to bed to sleep!
