Will you girls stop poking yourselves... I can just see Steph and Hope pressing some point on their body till bruises spring forth!!

Speaking of bruises, Man am I sore after the massage. Talk about some excruciating points on my body!! I love the pain!! Man when she got to my neck, yowzer, my head started pounding and then it went away. She said that was what has been causing my headaches!!

I just want to let everyone know I talked with Angie and she says thanks for your thoughts but she needs a little bit of time off from here for a bit. She's completely shattered and just needs some time away. She knows we love her and she can come back when she's ready to.

ooo I was just thinking of a new vocab word for our friends across the way...and maybe even in the US! While putting sprinkles on my ice cream tonite...yup goin' ALL out complete with chocolate syrup too

Here in New England they call sprinkles "jimmies". Now being from CA THAT is NOT what I think of when I hear jimmie so when I was first asked if I wanted jimmies on my ice cream out here I about DIED! I know I have heard other names for em too, but I just thought I'd share....sprinkles/jimmies

Hi Pequele, I have seen that you are using DS to conceive. Well my DH and I have to do that as well. I was wondering how many vials you bought at once and has your Dr. ever said anything about a double insemination? I hope I dont offend you by asking you this. THank you so much.

MP/Mia - Glad your massage went well!! What did she say when you told her about the IVF? Hopefully that will take care of your headaches for quite some time!!!! I'm with Steph though.. bruises are good, well, at least they are quite common place for me, since I apparently have some random trait which causes me to bruise if someone brushes past me. ugh.

....YUMMY. Have you had their cakes??! Oh they are delicious!

Steph - Jimmies??! Geez louise. What will they think of next. I've never known them to be anything but SPRINKLES. And sprinkles they shall be... I feel a twilight zone haze back to the "hold your pecker high" days...

I KNOW what you mean about the pain in those areas! I had the same thing... but it says to hold it unti the pain subsides.. took a while.

Angie, I know that I am late getting on here and you probably won't see this, but I am very sorry you are going through this. I can't even imagine it at this point. Please take as much time as you need.

Hello to everyone else. I had a crazy, HELLLLL day at work and did not have a chance to get on here. Plus I have a major head cold and am not feeling good. Any suggestions as to what i can take while pregnant, I mean if I am pregnant this time?

I know Vicks is good but sometimes that just does not work. I need to sleep.

Hope everyone is having a good Friday night. I am getting ready to go to bed.

NOT at all offended! You are in the states I assume? I forgot to look before replying, sorry!

When I started my doc said only buy 3-4 vials because if it doesn't work in that many tries you should switch donors. Now, I only do 1 IUI each cycle, so maybe if you did back to backs you may want to double it. I bought 3 vials since that was actually all my donor had left. I felt try #1 was wasted because I had short luteal phase and would never be long enough to sustain an embryo. So cycle #2 I used clomid and I got a bfp but then I had a miscarriage. Well that left me with just 1 vial left and I really liked this donor so since #1 was a bust and #2 worked I wanted to be sure to give him an adequate try and luckily he came back on the market so to speak so I bought 2 more vials for a total of 5. I figured if try #3 worked then I'd have 2 more to maybe have a sibling later??? I am glad I did because this last try (#3) was a bust for so many reasons haha)...now I can still try 2 more times with him, though I will only need 1

Are you doing monitored cycles? I had only been poas with opk to catch my surge. And the only drugs I used were clomid on cycle 2 and 3. After this last cycle I have decided to do monitoring with US and a trigger....I want to maximize my chances!
