I AM HERE, HAVE NO FEAR MY LADIES!!!!!!!!!

Well geesh, Angel and Carolyn!! You guys have been chatting away!! Had a lot to catch up, and it was just from today!!! : )

Angel thank you for my Happy Birthday!! So pretty. We went to dinner last night. It was really nice. Then we went back to FIL's and just hung out. Had a really good time. I didnt get my presents yet because we are having a get together with his family and mine on Saturday. So sorry you were so bored yesterday. Will you be able to play today???

Hi Carolyn!! If i were to get a massage, there would be NO WAY for them to touch my shoulders and neck. It hurts to much. I know that is where the stress hangs out at. So glad you are pampering yourself!! Camping!! Sounds like fun!! Just you and dh??

OK you lazy hussies, Angie, Becky, Hrobinson & Chriss where are you all???

I bet they are together and didnt invite us!!!! HUH!!!

Thanks for the kind words girls. Just writing from my heart, that's all.

Anywho...

First off, Mir, Happy Birthday. Youngin'. One more day till presents!

Carolyn glad you enjoyed the massage. How's the baking going? I loves to bake! Have fun with it.

Angel, did you know that muscle wighs more than fat? So with all of the exercise, you may have lost weight, but it won't show up on the scale cause the muscle that you've built from working out weighs more? Just a thought. Don't go by scale, go by how clothing fits.

Hi Shantala, glad you and baby are well. Good to hear form you.

Hrobinson, Colorado and you're not a skiier? Did I read that right? I went to Boulder once, awsome town.

I was not around yesterday cause I was having a lovely date with my new RE. (Laprascopy) and he found endometiosis! And removed it. Ouch, I am so hurting today. Hurts to get in and out of bed to pee. Was VERY nauseous due to general anesthesea (Tube down throat... double yikes) My lip is all swollen like Angelina Jole. (They tape the tube or something?)
So you can't be jealous of me today girls cause I am NOT going to the beach... bummer. Gotta recover in bed. Waiting for RE to call me later to discuss. I was in "la-la-land" after surgery and don't remeber any of our conversation. Just remember whining about my pain and nausea and begging/crying for more drugs. Very diginified, I'm sure.

Looking forward to your posts.

Will I be able to play today??? You're funny. Going by the number of postings I've done today, I seem to have all the free time in the world for you lovelies.

Talking about massages, I got a nice back and shoulder massage from DH yesterday. Hurt a bit at first then was sooo relaxing. I'm going to cook him a nice dinner today [or get his favorite take away] and see if i can get him to do that again tonight :D

oh Chris - that sounds painful just reading about it - sending you big hugs ((())) - could the endo have affected your chances of BFP's on previous cycles then - don't know much about it .. is it not where bits of womb stick to wall and don't go ????? .. prob not but that is what I thought it was ??? Any pain is worth being one step nearer to the BFP x

Angel - just thought after reading wise one Chris's post .. you should measure yourself.. waist.. hips.. bust .. arms .. thighs and then agagin in month and see the diference that way and stay away from scales .. since been back on track i must have weighed myself about 6 times in 36 hours

Mir - how terrible to have to wait till saturday for your presents .. i love presents

DH spoke to RE today and are going to see him monday night .. he already told him that will sign me off for another week to get those hormones under control .. wonder what he will say to do differently next cycle???

ICSI - you are working too darn hard ... oops forgot your not even at work today

Becky .. have a great week off and hope you get all jobs done and lots of BACCAb action too .. hope AF does not spoil it again - although if AF comes does that mean nearly time to start the roller coaster again???

Oh Chriss, you poor thing. Hope you're feeling better today. And hey, there NOTHING dignified about the whole IF process so don't you worry about that.

I've had a lap, and was not feeling 100% for at least 3 days. But your precedure sounds more painful cause of the removal of the endo. Ouch!

Take it easy. Shame you can't go to the beach today, but you need to rest and recover fully.

So do your bee stung lips make you feel sexy?

Chriss and Carolyn, yes I did think about the muscle vs fat argument. But surely some pounds should fall off?

The scales are like HPTs - evil - yet can't stay away from them!!!! :(

Dang!! I leave you for a little while and I have a zillion posts to catch up on! :D

Chriss, you should have told us about your surgery. We would have done "DONT HURT OUR CHIRSS DANCES!!" So sorry you are hurting. Like what Carolyn said, does the Dr think that could be what prevented the embies to stick??? Feel better lady!!!

How are you Carolyn? Let me just say, you are one strong woman. I am sure you have your moments, but you sound so good!!! So proud of you!!!

Hiya Angel!!! Love it when you can play!!!!

Yes, endo can impact implantation. So now that it's gone, one step closer.

ok, I am going to complain... I am so hurtin'. All I can do is lay in bed. It hurts to get up. It hurts to walk around, sit up, move in general. I have to lay flat on my back. Plus I have a major sinus headache and barely made it over here to the computer. I am going out of my mind. It's georgeous out and all I can do is lay down in my bed. Plus I feel very nauseous. Yes I am glad that he removed the endo, but I didn't know the recovery would be like this. I am feeling sorry for myself. DH has been extra busy with work and other obligations so I have been bored, in pain and to top it off lonely. I read a whole novel in one day (yesterday) and today I am watching the dumbest tv around. Everything hurts. Woe is me. Can't wait to feel better. Sorry I just needed to get that out there and I know you guys understand. So... hope that you are better than I am today.

oh Chris hunny .. so sorry you are in all this physical pain and DH is not around to pamper you .. are the levels of pain you are experiencing normal - if not maybe should check with DOC .. I suppose though if they have cut away inside womb that it is bound to be sensitive ,, am assuming they also went in with all the tools vaginally .. which will be a bit ouchh also

Just keep thinking of why you are doing this and the end result .. and that should help you feel a bit better .. get some nice things planned for next week .. some pampering or girly lunches .. something to look forward to

Sending you big hugs and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers at this painful time xx

lots of love

carolyn xx

Guess I needed to vent yesterday. Thanks Mir and Carolyn for listening. I am grateful to have you as friends. No one in my non-computer wolrd can really understand.

I am experiencing the amount of pain anyone would with this procedure. So no worries. I'm gonna give you the gory details.... Ready???? They intubate? you (put a tube down throat for breathing) while you are under anesthesea. Then they blow up your belly with air so they can separate the stomach from the organs. They make an incesion through your belly button and another in the bikini area and stick tools in there to get rid of the endo. Sounds fun? Oh yea, you also have a catheter in and a probe up your coochie cause they do a hysteroscopy at the same time. I must have looked darling. Needless to say, my stomach muscles are very sore and my chest hurts a lot. I am also more bloated than I ever was on the stimms. I hear it takes a while for the bloating to go down. Did you want all the gory details??? I just think that it is so interesting so I wanted to share it with you. Medical science baffles me. I am slowly beginning to heal. But I am still basically bed-ridden at this point. I will be fine. I just wanted to groan and moan yesterday. So thanks again for listening.

I hope that you are enjoying the beautiful weekend. Looks like it's been real nice out over here in NY. Any good plans coming up? Look forward to hearing from you.
